Negotiation duel: Guest ↔ Hotel manager. You paid for a room with a sea view; on arrival it's a view of a construction site, and the 'equivalent room is taken'. The hotel suggests paying extra for what you already bought.
Roles in the duel:
Side A: Guest — goal: Get what you paid for, or fair compensation — here and now, not 'email us later'.
Side B: Hotel manager — goal: No free upgrades and no admission that the hotel is at fault.
